Product Delivery

All orders where goods are in stock will be delivered within 1 week (subject to availability) from taking your payment to your doorstep. Orders will be dispatched using PriceAbuse.com courier partners. Shipments will be carried out through selected shipping method. Every additional shipment terms and conditions can be called under each courier partner Web Site. All overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Customer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact local customs office for further information.

Return and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specifically stipulated, Priceabuse.com shall handle all requests for the return of product(s) via its customer service email at support@priceabuse.com. All queries, comments and complaints in relation to products made available hereunder may also be made via this email. Requests for return of product(s) can only be made within seven 7 days from the date of receipt by customer and only where the product(s) delivered are damaged or spoilt upon delivery or do not correspond with the order made by you as verified by Priceabuse.com purchase record. Returns however will not be made or will be made subject to additional charges, where the product(s) fail to correspond with the order made by you due to your failure to provide accurate or complete instructions with regard to your purchase order. All products approved by Priceabuse.com to be returned to the respective Merchant must be securely packaged and wrapped. The delivery cost for the return of the product(s) shall be borne by the customer. All products returned shall be exchanged with a product of the same description in the Purchase Order. A refund in relation to a returned product(s) will only be made where the Merchant has no more stock of the returned product.
